Travel Fees

Zone 1: Cranston, East Greenwich, Johnston, Providence, Warwick, West Warwick - $50

Zone 2: Barrington, Bristol, Coventry, Cumberland, East Providence, Exeter, Foster, Jamestown, Lincoln, Narragansett, North Kingstown, North Providence, North Smithfield, Pawtucket, Richmond, Scituate, Smithfield, South Kingstown, Warren, West Greenwich, Woonsocket - $75

 

Zone 3: Burrillville, Charlestown, Glocester, Hopkinton, Little Compton, Newport, Middletown, Portsmouth, Tiverton, Westerly - $100

Examination Fees

Appointments typically range from 10 to 20 minutes per pet. While there are no examination fees, any appointment that takes longer than 30 minutes per pet will be subject to an appointment fee of $20 per additional 15 minutes.  (E.g., if you have two pets, you will only incur this fee if the appointment time is greater than 60 minutes).  

Vaccines

  • Dogs:

    • Rabies (1 year or 3 year): $32

    • DAPP (distemper, adenovirus, parainfluenza and parvovirus) (1 year or 3 year): $40

    • Leptospirosis: $40

    • DAPP & Leptospirosis combination: $65

    • Lyme: $50

    • Bordetella: $40

 

  • Cats:

    • Rabies (1 year): $42

    • Rabies (3 year): $106

    • RCP (rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) (1 year or 3 year): $45

    • Feline leukemia: $45

 

Diagnostic Fees 

  • Canine heartworm: $30

  • Canine heartworm and tick disease screening: $50

  • Feline heartworm, FeLV, and FIV: $60

  • Fecal: $35

  • Canine heartworm, tick testing, and fecal: $65

  • Screening: CBC, chemistry, thyroid and urinalysis: $100

  • Full Canine Panel: CBC, chemistry, thyroid, urinalysis, heartworm, tick testing, and fecal: $120

  • Full Feline Panel: CBC, chemistry, thyroid, heartworm, FeLV, FIV, and fecal: $140

Heartworm, flea, & tick prevention

  • Heartgard Plus: 

    • up to 25 lb: $7 per tablet ($42 for six months, $84 for twelve months)

    • 26-50 lb: $8.50 per tablet ($51 for six months, $102 for twelve months)

    • 51-100 lb: $10 per tablet ($60 for six months, $120 for twelve months)
       

  • Nexgard: $21.50 per tablet ($64.50 for three months, $129 for six months, $258 for twelve months)​​

Medical Waste: A fee of $5 applies to each pet receiving vaccines or having blood work performed

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please give us 48 hours notification.  House-call veterinary appointments are limited due to the amount of travel required and we would like to care for as many pets as possible.  Appointments canceled within 48 hours may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
